ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL

CODE OF CONDUCT

The RMV Freedom Festival is a celebration of faith, family, freedom, and the future. Every attendee, speaker, vendor, sponsor, member of the press, and team member contributes to the spirit of the event. The following code of conduct applies to everyone on the festival grounds — both days, every venue, every event.

Respect for All

Treat every person you encounter at the festival — attendees, families, law enforcement, volunteers, vendors, and staff — with courtesy and dignity. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or intimidation will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate removal from the grounds.

Safety First

Follow all instructions from event staff, security, and law enforcement. Weapons, illegal substances, and outside food & beverage are prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The Patriot Pavilion, Rodeo Arena, Back the Blue Bash, and Mountain Majesty Gala each have their own venue rules — please observe posted notices at each location.

Photography & Media

By entering the festival grounds, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and editorial use by Rocky Mountain Voice and its affiliates. Press representatives must wear visible media credentials at all times (apply at the Press & Media page). Personal photography is welcome; commercial photography requires advance approval.

Tickets & Re-Entry

All tickets are non-transferable on the day of the event. Wristbands and credentials must be visible at all times within the venue. Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband at the main entrance only.

Family-Friendly Standards

This is a family event. We ask that attire and conduct reflect that environment. The Mountain Majesty Gala is country chic; the rest of the festival is casual or western-casual. Profanity, public intoxication, and disruptive behavior on the festival grounds will result in removal without refund.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it immediately to any member of festival staff or security, or call the Media & Operations Desk at 303-351-2360. We take every report seriously and will respond promptly.

Final Word

By attending the RMV Freedom Festival, you agree to abide by this code of conduct and to support the event’s mission — celebrating America’s 250th and Colorado’s 150th in a way that reflects the values of faith, family, freedom, and the future.

This code of conduct is subject to change. The version posted on this page at the time of the event will govern attendance. Last updated May 2026.
