ABOUT DR. KEVIN ROBERTS

Dr. Kevin Roberts is the president of The Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action for America — the conservative movement’s leading policy organization and one of the most influential think tanks in Washington.

Before taking the helm at Heritage in 2021, Dr. Roberts served as president of Wyoming Catholic College, where he led a turnaround that took the school from a fledgling startup to a fully accredited institution. He holds a PhD in American History from the University of Texas at Austin and has authored several books on American government, conservative principles, and education.

His most recent book, Dawn’s Early Light: Taking Back Washington to Save America, lays out a vision for restoring constitutional government, limited federal power, and a renewed conservative movement. At Freedom Festival 2026 he brings that vision directly to the Friday main stage.
